Paternoster has appointed Chris Baker as investment director.
He joins investment director Cliff Speed to take responsibility for managing Paternoster's assets. Baker previously worked as an adviser to the £1.25bn pension fund of aerospace technology provider BAE Systems. While in this post, he provided fixed income portfolios management advice, recommendations for total fund asset allocation and credit, fund management, derivative and structured product training for fund trustees and fixed income portfolio managers.
