Struggles on the FTSE continue today as the index drops 72.2 points, shedding 1.31%, to 5440.5.
Cairn Energy is today’s biggest loser, dipping 214 to 2722 with a 7.17% fall. The London Stock Exchange Group follows, plunging 7.06% or 51 while Ferrexpo is down 6.99% losing 24.5. However on the bright side, Marks and Spencer Group rebounds by 6.68%, up 14.5. British Airways and Kingfisher have also had a positive day, up 4.61% and 2.95% respectively. Looking Stateside, after a few hours trading, the Dow Jones is up 16.93 points or 0.15%. Gen Electric Co, Pfizer and Wal Mart Stores have had fruitful mornings, while Alcoa, Hewlett Packard and Caterpillar have suffered the most. Contac...
