France's rejection of the EU constitution dominates this morning's papers with the Scotsman reporting the Federation of Small Businesses welcomed the announcement.
The paper reports the Federation as saying: "Our members will have breathed a sigh of relief as they had areas of concern about the new EU constitution. This included more control over employment law in Brussels, making it much more difficult both to hire and fire workers. It continues: "Ironically, the French voters viewed the constitution as being too business-friendly, whereas British small businesses largely viewed it as too onerous towards business."
