Royal Bank of Scotland has cut rates on some of its intermediary mortgages today.
Its First Active brand has cut its two-year fixed remortgage from 6.29% to 5.95% up to 75% LTV. First Active’s five-year fixed rate remortgage has been cut by 0.1% to 6.79% for up to 90% LTV. Two-year fixed rate purchase mortgages from the RBS brand have been cut to 5.95%, while the five-year purchase deal is 6.79%.
