Anthony Holland, chairman of the Northern Ireland Parades Commission and former principle ombudsman for the PIA becomes the next FSA Independent Complaints Commissioner on 3 September.
Holland takes over from Rosemary Radcliffe, who has held the position since its inception in 2001. Alongside the appointment of a person to deal with complaints from practitioners, firms and consumers against the FSA, the regulator has also published feedback on its consultations on changes to its complaints procedures.
