Knight Frank unites activities under Rutley

Knight Frank has consolidated its investment management and private equity divisions under the Rutley Capital Partners (RCP) brand.

RCP is Knight Frank’s fully-owned real estate private equity business, managing two commercial property funds from Europe and Russia. Listed on the LSE, the Rutley European Property fund concentrates on commercial property prospects on the continent, while the recently launched Rutley Russia Property fund invests in standing and development commercial assets in the former Soviet state.
