New Star's de Blonay to join Henderson

New Star Global Financials manager Guy de Blonay will join Henderson.

The manager says he has decided to join the enlarged group to ensure "continuity" in the running of his mandates. ''I believe that Henderson is fully committed to supporting my desire to restore fund performance to the levels achieved prior to 2008, and provide a stable and flexible environment to do just that," de Blonay says. de Blonay is the first high profile capture for Henderson, following Tim Steer's decision to shun the enlarged group and move to Artemis.
