Pensions specialist, Winterthur Life has warned delays to simplification detail will block IFAs providing absolute advice.
Mike Morrison, pensions strategy manager at Winterthur Life says while advisers have seen the broad framework of simplification in the Finance Act, they are still not in a position to give definitive advice to clients. As a consequence, these clients will then fail to gain full knowledge of all possibilities before making decisions.
