The Exchange has signed a deal with the Chartered Insurance Institute to provide online training and competency testing through the IFA portal.

Intermediaries will soon be able to access the CII’s ed.LEARN and financial ASSESS online T&C support through the Exweb portal when revising and testing knowledge of an adviser sitting either Financial Planning Certificate (FPC), the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate (AFPC) or the Mortgage Advice Qualification (MAQ). financial ASSESS should help advisers stay up-to-date with regulatory, legislative and market changes as well as assess the intermediary’s compliance is compatible with current training and competence rules.
