Skandia tops Tenet service survey

Skandia has topped IFA group Tenet's Provider Service Standards survey for the second year running.

The provider led the scores in most categories, including product range and innovation, service and support, e-commerce capability and training and development quality. Legal & General, Standard Life, Friends Provident and Aegon Scottish Equitable also rated highly. Standard Life scored as the best provider for image and brand while Legal and General won in the greatest impression of financial strength category.
