Land Registry reveals house prices online

For a £2 fee the Land Register Online offers title plans, registers of ownership and, where available, property prices. Increased transparency of pricing is one of LRO’s stated objectives, with the Registry stating it hopes better access to prices paid for properties will help stop people paying over the odds.
