A shake-up of the remuneration structure at Buckles Investment Services will see advisers rewarded for upping client visits and boosting renewal business.
Wales' largest IFA says the bonuses, also available for retaining customers and completing full annual reviews, will help engender “the right behaviour” among its growing adviser base. Bonus payments are currently available for advisers at Buckles but chief executive Nigel Speirs admits there is currently an "emphasis" on new business.
