Information about the replacement for the FPC is now available on the website of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

The Certificate in Financial Planning - billed as the ‘natural successor to FPC’ – will provide a broader competency to meet new demands for expertise from mortgage advisers and those working with long-term care products. A brochure detailing the new qualification and various exam modules can be downloaded from the site. A minimum of five out of the eight units offered must be passed before the Certificate is awarded.
