AMPS elects Winterthur's Morrison as chairman

AMPS, the association for SIPP and SASS providers and advisers, has elected Winterthur's strategy manager Mike Morrison as chairman.

The association has also elected Andrew Roberts, an associate at actuarial consultancy Barnett Waddingham, as secretary, and David Downie, director of actuarial services at SASS provider Rowanmoor Pensions, as treasurer. Morrison says: “The pension world continues to face new challenges and within that world, both SIPPs and SSASs will face particular problems.
