LV= appoints group director of finance

He will report to group chief executive Mike Rogers, who joined LV= from Barclays last month. Abercromby, who starts work today, replaces Roy Spragg, current group director of finance. Spragg will leave before the end of the year after working with Abercromby through a transition. Abercromby previously worked as finance director of Aviva’s Norwich Union Life division.
