SWIP strengthens Euro equity team

Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (SWIP) has bolstered its European equity team with the appointment of Chris Clarke as investment director.

Clarke, who will be based at the Edinburgh office and report to head of European equities Steven Maxwell, will be responsible for research, analysis and portfolio construction and management. He brings over seven years of European equity experience to the role, following an investment manager post at Alliance Trust. His appointment to SWIP’s European equity team follows that of Greig Bryson in November last year.
