An academy set up to improve the skills of its underwriters has been launched by Norwich Union.
The firm says the move is an extension of its service and claims academies introduced in April and May this year and follows a successful pilot in York last month. The academy has been rolled out to 130 underwriting staff across York, Sheffield, Norwich and Stevenage and is designed to appeal to students of all levels with different sections for beginners and more experienced members of staff.
