Torquil Clark's Gee joins T.Bailey

The former investments director at Torquil Clark used to chair the adviser firm's investment committee and has served as a consultant to the Treasury. T. Bailey says Gee's hire demonstrates its commitment to its future while many of its competitors are making cutbacks.
