Zurich has created a professional qualifications training programme which aims to put all claims, risk management, sales and underwriting employees through Chartered Insurance Institute training.
The programme, called the Zurich Membership Proposition (ZMP), enables employees to become members of the CII and achieve fully chartered status within five years. ZMP is split into three tiers: Level one is for those who are not currently studying and consists of an annual programme of 11 roadshows designed to encourage studying for a professional qualification; Level two is for those who are currently studying for qualifications and involves a programme of exam revision courses, mentoring Zurich smart-pack support and entry to the CII’s continuous professional development (CPD) sch...
