Jupiter opens Jersey office

Jupiter has set up a Jersey office to deal with growing business volumes from the Channel Islands to be run by offshore sales director Simon O'Donoghue.

The asset manager has had close associations with Jersey especially over the past year, with the launch of feeder funds in June 2006, O’Donoghue’s appointment in September 2006 and the opening of the Jersey office. Kevin Scott, executive director international at Jupiter, says: “Jupiter’s decision to open an office in Jersey is a reflection of the company’s commitment to the Channel Islands and recognition of the growing importance of Jersey as a financial centre.” IFAonline
