Mike Kirsch, CEO of AWD Chase de Vere, is to leave the firm after two years following a restructure.
Kirsch, who joined as chief executive in March 2007 from Norwich Union, says it is "time for me to move on", adding he will take some time out before taking up a new challenge. The reorganisation of AWD's UK business, announced in November last year, included the sale of its Moneyextra business, Read Independent Financial Advisers and AWD Home Finance subsidiaries. It will now focus on its Wealth Management and Consulting operations.
