More than one in five advisers spend over 10 hours a week chasing providers on case progress, an IFAonline poll suggests.
The results come just two weeks after findings from IFA firm Sesame, which found a similar percentage of firms spend the equivalent of one working day a week tracking life and pensions updates. Our poll also suggests a quarter of advisers spend between six and 10 hours carrying out the task while just 13.7% take under three hours.
