PMI to offer online student support

The Pensions Management Institute (PMI) has teamed up with Anthony Hodges Consulting to offer web logs and chat rooms as a way of students sharing learning.

It says the concept of web logs and chat rooms have been around a while, but the idea of students being able to learn from each other, online from offices and homes, marks a major development in pension learning. According to the PMI, it has been widely recognised more learning occurs when students interact with each other, so information not always understandable straight away of ten becomes clearer when discussed.
