The FSA has appointed Alexander Justham as director of markets.
He succeeds Sally Dewar who became managing director of wholesale and institutional markets last month. Justham comes from the FSA’s head of market infrastructure role, which he had held since joining the regulator in January 2007. He previously worked as managing director of JPMorgan Cazenove during a 17-year sting at JPMorgan. As director of markets he takes responsibility for the UK Listing Authority (UKLA), market monitoring, supervising exchanges and overseeing clearing and settlement infrastructure.
