Prudential's COO to join Old Mutual

Old Mutual has announced the chief operating officer for Prudential UK and Europe will be joining the company as its new group head of risk and compliance.

The appointment follows the departure of John Deane, former group head of risk and compliance at the company, who announced in December he would be leaving Old Mutual to head up the newly formed IFA division at Royal London. His replacement, Rosie Harris, will be responsible for implementing and running an effective group-wide risk management framework and will take a place on the Old Mutual Executive Committee.
