Scottish Life appoints pensions managers

Scottish Life has appointed Joe McGrath and Ken Tymms as corporate pensions managers to work on the provider's defined benefit (DB) business.

McGrath joined Scottish Life in 1987 as a consultant. He became area sales manager in 2001 and pensions sales manager in 2003. Previously, he worked at Equity & Law, now a part of the Axa group, from 1974 to 1987 where he also specialised in DB as a senior consultant. Tymms joined Scottish Life in 2001 after a 21-year stint at Equitable Life where he eventually became manager of group pensions development.
