Multi-channel distribution firm The Money Portal (TMP) has initiated a strategic review of its business and is in preliminary discussions with stakeholders that may lead to a capital restructuring.
The move is in response to a number of unsolicited expressions of interest to Money Portal's board in recent weeks from potential investors (new as well as existing), regarding new investment in the company. Money Portal revealed it has appointed Fenchurch Advisory Partners to evaluate possible new investment proposals and present options to the board.
