From annual net sales of £11bn for equity Isas in 2000, the latest monthly figures show a net outflow of cash as investors unsure of stock markets see rising rates on cash deposits become more attractive, says The Times Net sales of £-23.5m in September compares with £259.5m in the same month one year ago, the paper writes. Sales through the past quarter were 10% of the level achieved in the same period in 2002 and 2003.
