Around 70% of workers plan to auto-enrol in 2012

A department for work and pensions study revealed workers were aware of the importance of saving into a pension and 64% said auto-enrolment was an "attractive option". Pensions reform minister Rosie Winterton says: "We are all living longer, healthier lives, with increasing expectation for our lifestyles in retirement.
