Skandia unmasks Euro Best Ideas managers

Skandia has unveiled the ten managers who will each control 10% of its new European Best Ideas fund.

Launched on 26 March, the Dublin-domiciled European Best Ideas fund will be rolled out to eight countries in continental Europe, subject to approval in each country. Skandia Investment Group (SIG), the firm’s newly formed asset management function, says it will evaluate the demand for the fund in the UK market before any expansion to these shores. The fund will consist of the 10 best ideas in pan-European equities (with exposure to the UK) from the following 10 managers: Crispin Odey (Odey) Barry Norris (Argonaut) Tobias Klein (First Private) Terry Burnham (Acadian) Jame...
