Watson Wyatt launches European DC provider database

Watson Wyatt has launched a database to help clients compare European defined contribution (DC) pension providers.

The management consultancy says the research database should make pension arrangement control across Europe easier. Gary Smith, a senior consultant at Watson Wyatt, says: "While multinational companies are realistically some way off being able to arrange fully fledged pan-European pension plans, they can still gain many of the benefits they are looking for by taking a consistent, managed approach to their various DC arrangements around the continent."
