Reforming Polarisation I have just printed one of these documents and have been browsing it as I wait for to speak to human beings at the end of a helpline, listening to intermittent indistinguishable music. On a day on which I waited 25 minutes to be put through to anyone at the PRU - who could provide me with a new business quote for investing £125,000 - I read in 'Reforming Polarisation' that a lack of competition in the provision of financial products is a problem flagged up by the Director general of Fair Trading.
