Scot Wids adds MM funds to core pension

Scottish Widows will be adding two of Swip's multi-manager funds to its core pension fund range.

Multi-Manager Diversity and Multi-Manager Select Boutiques funds, run by Mark Harries and Simon Wood, became available to the pension provider's customers yesterday. The move aims to diversify the range of products open to Scottish Widows' retirement investors across all asset classes, geographies and management styles. Swip head of multi-manager Mark Harries says: "Advisers are increasingly delegating asset allocation and fund selection to multi-managers." Investment Week
