Resolution MM boutique plans cautious/balanced/active funds

New funds from Resolution's new MM joint venture, established with former Fidelity managers Chris Ralph, Jason Collins and Simon Mungall, will include cautious, balanced and actively managed portfolios.       

The trio have entered into a 50/50 joint venture with Resolution that will see them set up a multi-manager operation in London in the fourth quarter of 2007 with the launch of funds to follow. Resolution Asset Management will make significant initial investment into the introductory funds. At the new joint venture, the managers will bring their intellectual capital and investment management expertise while Resolution will provide distribution and marketing resources as well as operational, risk and compliance functions.
