Rowanmoor appoints development manager

He joins from Capita SIP Services where he spent seven years as pensions technical marketing and development manager. Before joining Capita he worked at the Lincoln Financial Group from 1987 to 2001 and Equity and Law Life Assurance Society as a group pensions administrator between 1980 and 1987. He also sits on the Association of Member-Directed Pension Schemes (AMPS) committee and heads up liaison with HMRC and the Treasury on issues affecting the member-directed pensions industry.
