The Association of Consulting Actuaries' (ACA) has issued a ‘manifesto for pensions reform'.
The manifesto, which suggests policies to boost State and private pensions, is the ACA's final representation to the Pensions Commission recommending a radical review of the State pension and an incentive-led strategy in its forthcoming report due at the end of November. The third and final ACA 2005 Pensions Trends Survey looked at investment and pension taxation issues.
