FSA wins training excellence awards

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has received two accreditation of training excellence awards from the Financial Services Skills Council (FSSC).

The FSA’s corporate learning section has been awarded accreditation of training excellence for firms and its industry training team has received accreditation of training excellence for training providers. To win the awards the FSA had to demonstrate its training delivers a solid business outcome and adds value to its clients’ businesses. It also had to undertake a self-audit to gather evidence, followed by an external audit conducted by independent auditors appointed by the FSSC.
