Private equity deal nabs Find

VCT Electra and private equity investor Fleming Family & Partners have taken a controlling stake in financial services directory Find for an undisclosed sum.

The deal sees Find management remain in place, with the key exception of John Perceval, managing director, who shifts to a non-executive role. Management also retain a stake in the business. A typical exit for VCT and private equity investors is through a public offer and stock market listing, although this is not being talked of specifically in terms of the current deal.
