Britannic and Resolution Life complete merger

Britannic Group and Resolution Life Group have announced the completion of their merger creating one closed life fund consolidator in the UK.

From today, Britannic Group is renamed Resolution with shares adopting the Resolution name and the ticker "RSL" on the London Stock Exchange from tomorrow. The two companies say the application for admission of 164,249,733 new ordinary shares and readmission of 196,751,944 existing ordinary shares of Britannic to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority has been approved and the application for admission of such shares to trading has been approved by the LSE.
