The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has launched a Financial Planning Practice paper (J08) to help advisers demonstrate their financial planning capabilities.
The paper, which is part of the CII's Diploma in Financial Planning qualification, is a practical test that includes two case studies complete with questions and answers. It says it deals with fact finding, risk profiling, analysing client data and making recommendations.
