Liverpool Victoria has appointed Justin Harper as head of intermediary marketing strategy.

Harper takes on responsibility for product marketing and communications across Liverpool Victoria’s life insurance and protection product range and services for intermediaries. He has over 20 years’ experience working with financial services intermediaries and previously worked for the Pensions Protection Investment Accreditation Board and Teachers Provident Society.
