Axa unveils line-up for wealth division

Axa has announced further restructuring changes to its wealth management business following the takeover of Winterthur Life at the end of last year.

In November the insurer confirmed Mike Kellard, chief executive of Winterthur Life, would head up a new wealth management division consisting of Winterthur’s high-net-worth business and Axa Life’s individual pension investment business along with its international business based in Isle of Man. And continuing with its plan to reorganise its business into a number of separate “market-focused business units” each with its own head directly responsible for profitability, Axa has announced Nick Elphick will become managing director – commercial operations – at the wealth management division....
