Aegon UK buys holding in Tenet Group

AEGON UK has bought another minority stake in an IFA firm, this time snapping up a holding in Tenet Group.

A statement just released by Aegon reveals the IFA division of the UK life insurer will hold a 9.9% stake in Tenet for an undisclosed sum. Tenet is the largest IFA operation in the UK with around 2500 registered individuals across six IFA subsidiaries: Capital Planning UK – the national IFA IFA Professional - a bespoke support service for directly regulated IFAs Interdependence (network) Lime – the new mortgage and insurance operation M&E (network) and Tenet Business Solutions.
