Provider Standard Life last night confirmed the three rebels standing for nomination to board positions have met the deadline for filing required paperwork, The Scotsman writes.

Michael Hogan, Paul Braithwaite, and David Stonebanks all delivered the minimum 250 members signatures required – although Stonebanks’ names arrived by post yesterday afternoon. Standard Life will now check the names against its own database of policyholders “as soon as possible”, with verification of the trio’s ability to stand for board positions set to be announced publicly once they themselves have been notified by the company, the paper says.
