The government's Pensions Bill, which will outline changes to pending pension legislation, is expected to be released this coming Wednesday, suggest industry experts.
According to a spokesperson for Scottish Equitable, the Bill is likely to be out in three days time. However, while the publication will shed further lights on coming changes, the Edinburgh-based insurer doubts whether the proposals set out in the Bill will be anything but "pretty rough". Further backing the speculation, Royal London Group group head of communication Alasdair Buchanan says the ABI, in its weekly Friday e-mail to its members, pin-pointed Wednesday this week as the date for the launch of the Bill.
