Clerical Medical launches TCF training

Clerical Medical is launching a series of seminars for intermediaries on the structure, planning and implementation of the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) regulations.

The TCF seminars will include: How to translate the TCF principles into practical action; Tools and techniques for instant application; Case studies from intermediaries and other sectors; Access to market research to benchmark the intermediary’s position; and A measurement tool to track progress – a “TCF scorecard” The seminars will also consider the wider implications of TCF and demonstrate how it can be of value to the intermediary business.
