The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has added five dates to its previously run treating customers fairly (TCF) workshops for small firms.

IFAs, mortgage intermediaries and insurance brokers can attend workshops in Cardiff, Manchester, London, Middlesbrough and Glasgow in August and September. The workshops, 'TCF - Are you sure', each last half a day. Delegates can book places online. The FSA previously ran about 30 workshops nationwide from May until July.
