Canada Life restructures offshore and pensions

Canada Life has appointed two new heads for its life and pensions business and wealth management division which includes offshore business in the Isle of Man.

Alain Wolffe will move from his position as wealth management executive director to the newly created role of managing director of its wealth management division, with responsibility for Canada Life International and unit-linked investment business onshore. Canada Life says Wolffe’s appointment, where he will also be in charge of the sales and marketing side of the two areas, is part of a restructuring process designed to create a strategy to support advisers and their clients.
