Third of Brits 'financial fantasists'

A third of Brits are financial fantasists, according to a survey by National Savings and Investments, a UK financial provider.

The survey has found that 55% of people surveyed have not made any financial plans for their future and 39% who have plans have only planned as far ahead as five years. More than a third of people worry about their finances but do nothing about it. John Stewart, director of PMI Independent Financial Advisers, says people are not making plans because they are losing trust in the financial services industry.
