Commercial brokers form strategic alliance

Omega Commercial Solutions (OCS) and Commercial Mortgage Solutions (CMS) have formed a strategic alliance, joining together to create a commercial processing hub in order to centralise many of the firms' complex processes.

Both firms said they would combine their expertise and processing power to adapt to current market conditions but will continue to trade under and promote their own brands. Kevin Jones, managing director of Omega underlines that it is committed to providing a leading service proposition to its customer base, adding that both companies have a number of experienced specialists to provide what it regarded as one of the leading commercial broking operations in the country.
